We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and keep records of correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Resend, and submissions are screened for spam by FormShield. These providers process the data only to deliver and protect your message. Where your enquiry is about an appliance repair, we pass it to Wollongong Service Company so the right team can help. We don't otherwise disclose your information except where required by law.

Analytics

When analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. It helps us improve the site and doesn't identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
