Wollongong Service Company now accepts Afterpay on appliance repairs, giving customers across the Illawarra and South Coast a way to spread the cost of a breakdown.
The total for an assessment or repair is split into four interest-free instalments. The first is paid at the time of service and the remaining three come out fortnightly, with no interest as long as payments are made on time.
There is nothing to organise beforehand. A technician diagnoses the fault and gives a fixed-price quote, and if the customer decides to go ahead, Afterpay can be chosen on the spot. No separate paperwork, and no waiting on approval before the visit.
The rest of how Wollongong Service Company works is unchanged: a fixed assessment fee, a firm quote before any work begins, same-day service where the schedule allows, and a warranty on every repair.
